Ordered apple cider donut holes and they were microwaved, soggy and hard. Service was poor. Some girl cleaned her shoes with the same hands she was handling food with. Not able to work front desk....

I have not been to Duck in a while, my diet won't let me, but today i went by to get a dozen for some friends and I couldn't help myself. They are just absolutely, without hesitation, the BEST...

Service has really gone down hill, relying on touch screen rather than greeting customers. Donuts premade stacked up cold waiting to be dressed. Only two employees working, both moving super slow...

Incredible donuts! We had them catered and I loved the maple bacon. I can't speak further about any other aspects of the business, but the donuts are delicious.
