Picture this, Sicily, 1984. A little Sicilian boy at the tender age of 8 years old started working in a little bakery. Who knew that same boy would come to America at age 15 and work his way up the restaurant lladder to establish his very own restaurant in 2008! (he actually makes the bread for the subs and the entrees from the same bread recipe he learned as a boy.) No stranger to hardwork, with an attention to detail from the oven to the table, Francesco has a God-given talent to share with the world. Some people are born to be politicians, doctors, or lawyers. Francesco's life was predestined to be a restauranteur and Chef. He knew that, to be fact, the very first day he began developing his talents in that little bakery in Sicily, 27 years ago.

The food and the service were exceptional. The servings are huge. Not a very big place and it's kinda hidden in a strip mall. So worth the visit. I didn't take pictures I was too busy eating.
