Color, ombré, highlights, deva cut

the "long multiple layers" i was given. one singular layer with the back of my hair thinned beyond belief.

That's how they do highlights. So disappointed.

my hair immediately after washing - clearly curly. hard to see how uneven it is at this point with it all pulled forward.

if someone can get a kick out of this comparison it might make the hours i spent sobbing almost worth it.
