Frontline Test Equipment

Frontline Test Equipment is a global provider of PC-based protocol analyzers, packet sniffers and network sniffing tools for special-purpose data communication networks. Its protocol analyzers utilize a common protocol-decoding engine called FTS software. FTS provides a common user interface throughout all Frontline products, offers protocol decoding at the bit level and enables the rapid development of custom decodes for proprietary protocols and extensions to existing protocol decoders. Frontline s customers include product developers, network integrators, network troubleshooters and field service technicians who work with data communication protocols and/or industrial communication networks. The company was established in 1988 and is located in Charlottesville, Va.
