I always check in online and my wait is always minimal. I feel like I get good value for the price of the haircut. I'm normally in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This is the absolute worse location I used the app to sign In, then the lazy unfriendly crew took people who just walked in, when I left and called tye manager. Who lied and wasn't the manager...
