It started out as just a place for 1 on 1 sessions but blossomed into much more. After 6 years in business P.U.R.E. Yoga grew to PURE Wellness Coaching. It includes all the same amazing yoga and Mindfulness private services and workshops PLUS additional corporate yoga offerings, and health coaching to help you create a lifestyle of wellness beyond the mat.
