Island Foods is the only full service grocery store on Chincoteague Island. We have a deli/bakery with a hot foods bar. We feature daily specials including beef, pork, grilled chicken and our famous fried chicken. In the summer we grill pork baby back ribs-voted best on the island. We also feature fresh meats and cheeses, salads and organic and local produce items when available.

They carry Herr's chips which Food Lion on the mainland does not! Spindrift also and they have better meats!
