A business was formed in August of 2014 by Jake Morgan. I attended George Mason university and received my bachelor's degree. I have been working in the construction/remodeling business since high school, i learned about pressure washing from a friend and new that's what i wanted to do. I enjoy making people's houses look better and always having happy customers. If you are planning on selling your home or doing repairs please have me come first. I can answer questions and I point you in the right direction of an honest tradesmen for anything related to your home. I grew up in the area and know an honest tradesmen for every trade. I do my own estimates and work. You don't have to worry about hiring someone in the first week of washing homes. Every review I have is legitimate and I'll will do my very best to work on your home the same way. Our business specialty is damage free work to your homes siding trim windows roof and other areas that you want clean, while removing unwanted particles such as mildue, mold, algea also rust from vynal we can also get rid of those unwanted black streaks on your gutters. with the use of low Pressure on your house to prevent any damage to your siding or water getting in the wrong places. We use pressure depending on the surface being cleaned . We clean the exterior of homes and surrounding surfaces. I will treat your home and yard with the respect it deserves no dead plants, no lines in your wood or concrete no ripped screens, just pressure washing done right. We also stain, seal and paint. I give discounted rates to Military police firefighters and teachers. Also if your neighborhood has been hit with hoa violations I'd be glad to give discounted rates for multiple homes in the same area.
