JSI's expertise is founded on practical manufacturing experience and an excellent working knowledge of style and design. Stephen Shaffner, President and owner of Jeweler's Services, built the company from his education and experience in professional jewelry repair, custom design and manufacturing, filling an important service niche in the Central Virginia market.
