Karnage Asada, founded by Marty and Donna Oard in 2013, emerged as a leading food truck brand in Virginia, specializing in fresh, flash-fried tacos, chips, and burritos. The Oards leveraged their backgrounds in marketing and project management to create a unique fusion of tacos and beer, partnering with local breweries to enhance their offerings.
