UPDATE: Ledo replied (as you can see) and I followed instructions exactly and recounted my issues. In fact I did it twice! No reply. No acknowledgment even. Worthless waste of my time and energy....

My whole family loves ledos! Every time we go the pizza is delicious and the service is great.
