Literally no customer service . Got in the drive thru line at 1045 pm. We got stuck and unable to leave the line due to their drive thru layout. It took 30 mins to even place our order and another...

I stopped by McDonald's to get breakfast on the way to work. When I got to work and opened the bagel sandwich I found a piece of hair on my food and everything was cold. Absolutely disgusting....
