The Arc of Greater Prince William is a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and support for their families. Its activities include managing residential services, day care centers, recreational activities, vocational services and family support. The Arc is a membership organization that receives funding through donations from sources that include private citizens, local service clubs, the Combined Federal Campaign, Medicaid and Prince William County Community Services Board. A board of directors that meets monthly to discuss business and to determine policies governs it. The organization is located in Woodbridge, Va.
