Offering a variety of hand crafted traditional and experimental sake all made on site, our brewery is a place to taste and learn about the history and culture of sake. We offer sake brewery tours as well as tasting flights with bottles for drinking on site or to-go. You also can dine in our tasting room/restaurant called the Bad Luck Ramen Bar featuring our famous house made 18-hour bone broth. We also serve gyoza, sushi rolls, appetizers, rice bowls and more with a full bar that additional features Japanese Whiskies, sake slushies, and cocktails.
