I love the 21st street location the staff here is always free and accommodating m. They also love the help if you're not too sure what you want. But my go to is the tomato soup. It warms my soul.

Super friendly service when we placed our order at the counter. We sat by the fireplace because it was a very cold day in November. Our food order was ready within minutes. My only complaint is...

Food is very bland. If you really wish to go to Panera, go to the one on Colley Ave. It was a waste of money to be honest.
