The customer service is outstanding at the Providence Square Shopping Center location! We had the pretzel dogs and were given samples while we waited for the fresh batch of pretzel dogs to come...

Yikes!!! The kid that worked here just handled money then touched the pretzels coming put of the oven with the same gloves. Gross!

Fairfield location. The pretzels are tasty, but cold pretzels aren't going to sell. No sign of the owner, only 3 kids running the place.
