3.5 - Seems to have changed hands over the years. Nothing like what use to be here. Small breakfast menu, typical things. Service was prompt and friendly.

food took forever and it's pretty mediocre. bad service. nice people just not attentive.

They ran out of creamer for coffee. Served food with no utensils. Service is slow and checkout was equally slow.
