Pivot Physical Therapy

Tidewater Physical Therapy provides physical therapy services for patients, referring physicians and case managers. It offers a wide range of professional services, such as lymphedema treatment, wound care, orthopaedic therapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, permanent impairment rating exams and isokinetic rehabilitation. It also offers other services that include rheumatic disorders, tempormandibular disorders treatment program, women's health care issues, post surgical rehabilitation, and orthotics and bracing. It provides status reports to the referring physician in order to communicate the patient's progress throughout the treatment process. It participates with various insurance companies, including Comp Management, Mid Atlantic Health Solutions, United HealthCare, First Health and Focus Healthcare. Tidewater Physical Therapy was established in 1986 and is located in Newport News, Va.
