Precision Auto Care franchises Precision Tune Auto Care centers through its other subsidiary, Precision Franchising, in the United States and in certain foreign countries. Franchising domestically since 1977 and internationally since 1990, Precision Tune s auto centers offer a one-stop shop specializing in diagnostics and factory-scheduled maintenance and repair services. Precision Auto Care operates more than 440 independently owned and operated computerized service centers that provide routine automotive maintenance and repair throughout the continental U.S. and in Taiwan, Portugal, Brazil, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Peru. The first Precision Tune was established in 1976 in Beaumont, Texas. Precision Auto Care is located in Leesburg, Va.
