I rented two spaces from these people. The units are mangled. No one is ever on-site. They don't even answer the phone. So I was in a bit of financial trouble. I made payments as I could....

Public storage is the worst , they raised their fees for no reason , i'm paying now $ 286.00 fro a silly unit measuring 10x15,is that fair ?
