Considering that I'm from New York, multicultural events in Richmond are hard to come by. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this festival especially the empanadas from Happy Empanadas.

Maybe this year's festival was literally and figuratively dampened by the rain, but it was just okay. Many vendors all serving tacos, empanadas, beer and margaritas. Many grocery-type vendors with...

This festival was full of laughter, food, and fun. I am not Latino, however felt like I was today. Great celebration!!!
