Movies never start on their advertised times. Add 20-30minutes if you want to skip the ads/trailers

The place was fine everyone is super sweet but the chairs are so uncomfortable Ik that sounds petty but if I'm going to pay to sit in a chair and watch a movie would like to be comfortable.
