The agency serves adults and adolescents with assaultiveness and impulse control solutions. The Tidewater Youth Services Commission also provides short-term residential programs and individual and group counseling services. Its facilities include Westhaven Boys Home, Crisis Intervention Home, Centerville Group Home and the Tidewater Regional Family Group Home System.
