Pete Plamondon, Sr. believed so strongly in the original Roy Rogers brand that he left Marriott to become a Roy Rogers franchisee, eventually purchasing the chain himself. The food was somewhat ok but the service was slow, when I walked in the floors were dirty like they haven't cleaned it in awhile.

Been eating at Roy Rogers for 50 years and was told that they don't serve roast beef after a certain time ( more than hour before they close) . I guess I'll be stuck with a different place to eat...
