Time, temperature, and moisture-controlled autoclaves set the twisted yarns to ensure stable and shrink-resistant final products. Ames Textile delivers products on plastic, shrink-wrapped tubes with net weights of 2-pounds to 6.5-pounds depending on each customer s requirements. In the Hudson facility, the company warps yarns from the Christiansburg plant on latest silk system warping equipment.
