Sentara Nursing Center

Sentara Rehabilitation Windermere - Providing quality care since 1991, the Center provides a spacious environment with skilled nursing care. The facility features 60 long-term care beds, with 26 private rooms in a 25,895-square-foot building. In 2004, a new wing was built, adding 30 beds, including 16 private rooms, a physical therapy gym, a beauty shop and a whirlpool room. The 16 spacious private rooms in the new wing have more than 300 square feet of living space, giving families plenty of room to visit. Beautiful outdoor gardens, fountains and patio areas enhance the atmosphere.
