I moved out of this place in 2021 and living there for 3 years, it was a nightmare! Violent events weekly, roaches, one elevator fell down with somebody in it then another one caught on fire......

Everytime I call to speak to anybody they are so rude, this place is seriously horrible. They have the rudest front desk people and they are quite literally are useless.

I Moved into N1001 on 3/31/25 (on the 10th floor!) - instant NIGHTMARE. They have Full-blown MICE INFESTATION. The mice are in the WALLS. On my SECOND NIGHT I was encountering them in my unit!...
