History

The creators of SoFit Virginia opened this facility with two things in mind. One - Provide a full, customized program for individuals combining strength, nutrition, and stress management. Two - Provide a beautiful studio for coaches to train their clients at. We don't sell gym memberships. Each person that comes in our studio get a coach to positively impact their strength, nutrition, and overall wellness.
