I show up for my appt and the front desk woman says "oh sorry, we're booked to capacity already for the day". why book an appt if the schedule is full? why not give me a call and let me know...

Poor service, long wait times, everything is extremely terrible about this business. Except some of the staff, regular human beings trying to do their job. The business itself is horrendous.
