SO SLOW. have been waiting for my drinks for at least 15 minutes. only got 2 drinks. this is ridiculous.

What a bummer, I walked in at 5:06PM and the guy said they were closed. Their hours said until 7PM on a Sunday, not sure what happened.

horrible service and the coffee doesn't taste right! please go to a real Starbucks, not this one.

Came in a hour late, and said to come back later after they get everything ready. Terrible service, and not worth the walk inside. Go to Suffolk or Newport News!
