Worst provider ever. I thought Comcast was horrible but Verizon is rock bottom. And, what's so sad is they couldn't care less. When my contract is up they're history.

Been with Verizon FIOS for 13 years. Pay them between 500 and 600 a month with everything. Needed new router, husband calls and the salesperson tells husband she can get us a cheaper plan....
