Never let these people clean your rugs! I gave them a beautiful, perfect condition Karastan area rug to clean. It now has no wool pattern In the center of the rug. Looks like they used a big floor...

I sent 3 Tibetan rugs for cleaning and moth proofing. The man who picked up the rugs identified them as Tibetan which really impressed me! They picked up and returned them for free. The rugs came...
