It's a beautiful course, just need to fix the sand traps. Greens are greatly taken care of.

Winton’s 18-hole championship golf course is recognized as one of the finest courses in Virginia and it has the added bonus of having no surrounding residences, which is becoming more and more unique. Winton also boasts a junior Olympic swimming pool and on-site restaurant as well as a banquet facility and the historic Sarah Henry Manor which predates the Revolutionary War.

For a $25 round you get what you expect. Very friendly guy in the pro shop I think his name was Tommy. Lots of young people and women out on the course but the pace of play was under four hours....

It was fine for a $25 round of golf. Very friendly employees. Acceptable course (apparently in the middle of a historical cemetery). Food was a disappointment. Didn't use the pool, but looks like...

Fun course. Tough test of golf from the tips, with several par 4's over 400 yards, I think a couple were over 450 yards. Seemed a bit crazy. You can beat the ball as far right as you want here but...
