Maintenance has gotten better this year, the office has been poorly managed and the record keeping has been lacking. Be sure to communicate mainly from email.

Had a great tour and very impressed with Stephanie and her management team. View from roof top was beautiful. I like that it is walking distance to lake, coffee shops and restaurants.
