We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

Dont go to the Men Shoes section unless you want to be completely ignored. Stood trying to catch someone's attention for 15 minutes and then left.

I feel that their service in the shoe sales area has improved a lot recently. The staff are very attentive and quick to help, which is great service, so I bought three pairs of shoes.
