Gym is usually in disarray and equipment is not maintained properly. Weight room is VERY small and cramped, not for someone who has an effective strength training program to meet goals. Bathrooms...

Clean facility , friendly staff, open 24 hours a day. The gym has showers. The bathrooms are always clean..

Awesome local gym! Always clean, machines are available, and the staff are friendly. Ownership seems to be constantly implementing improvements as well. Couldn't ask for anything more!
