Had to spend a few minutes listening to menus and punching 2 in order to get to the proper live person. No big deal, I'm in my jammies drinking coffee, so it's not like pressing 2 is a hardship....

I order equipment from this company all the time and nothing is ever delivered as ordered. They either deliver the wrong equipment or it's delivered to the wrong address. DO BETTER!!!
