The Bellingham Library System is great. This branch (Fairhaven) is a bit small (but a cute building) and is on a hill. Unless you are local to it, I suggest the Downtown (Central) branch.

Very quiet, orderly, easy to negotiate. The staff are very helpful. The parking lot is great in Fairhaven, where spots are hard to come by.
