Understaffed. There was one person working. Yep, the register and the coffee station. It was packed. Slow service although it was the worker's fault he was hustling.

Great coffee. This shop takes care to obtain excellent coffee and prepare it well. I had two shots of espresso over ice, which was made by actually pouring the shots over the ice.
