This place is a tough cookie to crack... the staff is SO nice and helpful and the location is fantastic. The facilities are a mixed bag. I really liked this place but it's a real hit or miss...

This place was ok. We had dogs and appreciated the ground floor. Room was old, holes in the wall, chipped paint and old stained carpet. My biggest beef is someone stole my luggage. The office said...

The last time I stayed here was about 12 years ago and honestly I won't be back for a third time. I could have stayed up town in a way nicer room for less than the 210$ I payed for 1 night here....

It was clean. Close to beach. Ads said remodeled/upgraded. Not our condo. Not worth the rate of $268. I understand pricing what the market will bear but, geez! Desk clerk was overwhelmed and...

We were after a nice getaway. We decided to stay in Longbeach since we never had. Online this place looked fantastic. Kudos to the photographer. Even though the place is very dated it was ok....
