Any negative reviews must be by some sick puppies having horrible days. Never had a bad meal there though I would stick with the Chinese portion of the menu. Waitresses are the best.

I visited chen's on my way down to Astoria, it was a great experience with friendly service. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend this local spot.
