I called last minute hoping to be able to get my pup in for a bath, etc before her surgery the next day. They were super friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job. My pup was super happy as well....

They left a clients dog alone in the shop. They closed the shop before 5pm. Now the dog mom can't pick up her dog. Dog has no where to potty, no food or water.
