I worked in the kitchen. The pictures say it all. Keep your relatives at home!!! This is how they will be fed!!! They have health code violations too!!!

The facility has terrible medications protocols. The med tech would often make their rounds during meal time, if you weren't there you would have to call, leave a message, and wait for a callback....
