Coho Medical Group is a primary care practice located in Bellevue, WA and run by Dr. Scott Greenspahn. We provide a wide range of medical care, including treatment for High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Narcotics Addiction. We also offer in-office laboratory testing, general medicine questions, and Direct Primary Care/Concierge Medicine. Coho Medical Group was established with the mission of making the primary care experience better for patients by offering simple, easy, and cost-effective access to our services. To this end, we have two models of Primary Care available. The first is Direct Primary Care, a membership service that offers unlimited access to your doctor via cell/text or email 24/7/365 days a year. Additionally, there are no copays for office visits, and we offer discounted medications, low-cost laboratory testing and cash radiology pricing. This model helps people with and without traditional insurance. The second model is the traditional health insurance model where we serve as your primary care providers and accept multiple different insurance carriers.Coho Medical Group is also a barrier-free office.
