HistoryI have been working in education and facilitation for over 15 years, predominantly in outdoor and therapeutic settings. Following a life-altering pedestrian injury, I discovered there were few resources for the loss and grief I was experiencing including loss of job, identity, health, relationship, friends and housing. I sought out training and specialization that both helped me through my own grief and prepared me to help my community build healthy tools and culture for working through the universal inevitability of loss and change. As a Grief Recovery Specialist, clinical herbalist and rite of passage practitioner my goal is to offer tangible, evidence-based support and tools for working through the pain and suffering that comes with loss events so that people can be present in their lives in the face of loss and change.SpecialtiesI specialize in supporting individuals who are currently or have experienced grief events such as death, divorce, moving, breakups, miscarriage, job loss, aging, medical/injury related losses and much more.
