HistoryThe Commission Express business was established on the east coast in 1992 and has grown nationally since 1996 to become the largest commission advance franchise in the country. I am the first local franchisee of the Commission Express business in Seattle, with previous owners having been based out-of-state. As a result, I have been able to establish client relationships with agents from RE/MAX, Windermere, Prudential, John L Scott, and many other brokerages in the region.
