D'Ambrosio Gelato offers artisanal, small-batch gelato of the highest quality. We make our base from scratch using 100% organic, local dairy and pasteurize onsite in our Ballard production kitchen. We never use artificial colors, flavors, texturizers, stabilizers, or preservatives. Nothing fake. Just house-made, authentic Italian gelato and sorbetto.
