I am a Seattle Realtor focusing on neighborhoods north of downtown from Magnolia to Capital Hill and Ballard to Ridge View but have sold homes all over and outside the Seattle area. Candid real estate advice with a sense of humor. I work with both buyers and sellers for single family homes, condos and townhomes. Educating my clients about the whole process so that they can make informed decisions is very important to me. Knowledge is power and don't buy a lemon! My philosophy is to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated if I were the one buying or selling a home. I preview all homes in advance before showing them to you so I don't waste your valuable time showing you the wrong homes. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience.
