Des Moines Masonic Lodge

The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, initially formed to provide aid to military servicemen following World War I. Established by Grand Masters in 1918, MSA aims to deliver services that individual Grand Lodges may find challenging to perform on their own.

MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts and operates a Hospital Visitation Program, which includes approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and numerous volunteers at VA Medical Centers and state veterans hospitals across the United States. Additionally, MSA produces a variety of educational publications to promote awareness and understanding of Freemasonry, reaching over three million people in the past two decades.
