I offer a free, two-hour consultation. In this session, I will actually coach you. We will decide whether or not we want to work together, and if we do, we will design your specific coaching program. It might be a three-month program of weekly meetings or a one-day intensive retreat or a single session. It's up to us. I specialize in seeing your specific challenges and then tailoring a coaching program precisely to your needs. I coach both women and men; recent graduates as well as those contemplating retirement; professionals and full-time moms; attorneys, teachers, entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, engineers, doctors, coaches, etc. What my clients share in common is less about profession and more about personality and temperament: they tend to be motivated and high-achieving as well as introverted, sensitive, and empathetic - with inner worlds full of nuance and complexity. I teach them how to use that sensitivity and drive for good so they can wake up free from anxiety, clear about exactly what they want, and feel happy, free, and on-purpose all day long.
